二手纺织设备进口清关报关流程及注意事项

一：较近很多客户咨询关于旧设备进口方面的问题，比如，旧设备能不能进口，旧机械设备进口手续，进口旧机械设备有没有年限限制，我要进口的旧机械设备年份太老了能不能顺利清关，旧设备的申报货值是多少等等。现在我就这些年进口旧设备的操作经验回答如下：
