一、特种检测车辆进口注意事项及流程

1、特殊车辆一般都是**高**宽或是**长等不规则车辆，国外采购货值较高运输比较麻烦，建议进口时需要买国际保险及确认采购条款，以确保货物的安全运输。

3、特殊车辆可分为有动力及无动力牵引车（半拖挂车）等，国外在发货前需要提供车架号给我司查询确认该车架号是否符合中国国标标准，对于不符合中国国标、二手车辆都是禁止进口的，对于**入境的新车型、新款车辆中国没有进口过的车辆，进口前需要在北京工信部备案审批后才可以入境，不然中国系统是无法找到该车辆的相关信息的，会做退运处理或是到了国内无法上牌。
